공평성선언문

I pledge that the employees of KCLAB understand the importance of fairness according to the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 in performing International Accreditation Agency and comply with the following in order to fulfill their professional ethics and duties.

KCLAB의 직원이 국제공인교정기관 업무를 수행함에 있어, ISO/IEC 17025의 요구 사항에 따른 공평성의 중요성을 이해하고, 직업상의 윤리와 의무를 다하기 위하여 아래 사항을 준수할 것을 서약한다.

• I will eliminate any factor that could bring financial loss or harm to clients caused by incorrect calibration report issued due to corruption, mistake, false data, etc. The trust of customers will be the first priority, and relevant duties will be performed sincerely and responsibly.
  부정, 허위 또는 실수 등으로 잘못된 성적서를 발행하여 고객에게 위해 또는 재산상의 손해를 끼치는 요인들을 제거하며 고객에 대한 신뢰를 최우선으로 하여 그에 따른 업무 를 성실하고 책임 있게 수행한다.
• All staff related to calibration work perform their work fairly and ensure fairness.
  교정 업무와 관련된 모든 직원은 공평하게 업무를 수행하며, 공평성을 보장한다.
• In order to carry out calibration work, we do not allow any commercial, financial, or internal or external threats or unreasonable demands that impair impartiality and guarantee that remediation work will not be performed in case of a conflict of interest.
  교정 업무를 수행하기 위하여, 공평성을 저해하는 어떠한 상업적, 재정적 또는 내외부의 위협 혹은 부당한 요구 등의 압력을 허용하지 않으며, 이해상충시 교정 업무를 수행하지 않음을 보장한다.
• I solemnly that the above will be implemented thoroughly, and i will commit to the obligation to compensate for the civil or criminal penalties a customer would legally receive due to relaevant violations.
  본인은 상기 사항에 대한 준수를 철저히 이행하며, 이를 위반한 과실로 인하여 고객이 민형사상의 법적인 피해를 입었을 경우, 이에 대한 배상책임을 이행할 것을 서약한다.
